二尖瓣成形术治疗感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mitral valve repair in the treatment of infectious endocarditis with mitral insufficiency. Methods 46 cases with infectious endocarditis with mitral insufficiency in Kaifeng City No.1 People’s Hospital from December 2006 to November 2011 were randomly allocated into two groups, control group (23 cases) and observation group (23 cases).The control group was treated by conventional mitral valve replactment, and the observation group was treated by mitral valve repair. Compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results The perioperative period mortality of control group was 13.04%, observation group was 0%, there had significant difference between the two groups in perioperative period mortality. Postoperative cardiac function of control group was (2.15±0.49) Level, observation group was (2.10±0.58) Level, there had no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative cardiac function. ICU time of control group was(2.52±0.31)d, observation group was(1.52±0.25)d, there had significant difference between the two groups in ICU time. Conclusion Mitral valve repair in the treatment of infectious endocarditis with mitral insufficiency can get better clinical efficacy, it's worthy for clinical.%　　目的探讨二尖瓣成形术治疗感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的临床疗效.方法选取2006年12月~2011年11月期间笔者所在医院收治的感染性心内膜炎合并二尖瓣关闭不全的患者46例,随机分成对照组23例,观察组23例,对照组采取常规的二尖瓣置换术治疗,观察组采取二尖瓣成形术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效情况.结果对照组围手术期死亡率为13.04%,观察组围手术期死亡率为0,两组患者在围手术期死亡率上具有显著性差异；对照组术后心功能(2.15±0.49)级,观察组术后心功能(2.10±0.58)级,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)；对照组的 ICU 住院时间(2.52±0.31)d,观察组 ICU 时间(1.52±0.25)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论使用二尖瓣成形术治疗可以获得良好的临床效果,值得临床推广使用.
