利巴韦林联合清开灵注射剂不良反应及处理

摘要

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions and it's relevant treatment measures of ribavirin combined with Qingkailing injection. Methods Eighty patients with viral influenza admitted into our hospital during March 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the study objects and retrospectively analyzed,which were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin alone,while the patients in the study group were treated with Qingkailing injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate in the study group(92.5%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).No serious adverse reactions happened in two groups. Conclusion Clinical application of ribavirin combined with Qingkailing injection should be careful to avoid the mixing infusion, strictly comply with the incompatibility,and carefully use.%目的：分析应用利巴韦林联合清开灵注射剂的不良反应及处理措施。方法以2011年3月～2013年5月间我院收治的病毒性感冒患者80例为研究对象进行回顾性分析，根据患者不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者单纯使用利巴韦林进行治疗，研究组加用清开灵注射剂，观察治疗效果和不良反应。结果研究组总有效率92.5％明显高于对照组72.5％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论利巴韦林联合清开灵注射剂的临床应用要注意避免混合滴注情况，严格遵守配伍禁忌，谨慎用药。
