3例尿道平滑肌瘤的诊治报告并文献复习

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of urethral leiomyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of three cases of urethral leiomyoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 and relevant literature review. Results The three cases were all performed tumor resection and confirmed as leiomyoma by pathologic manifestations.Followed up for 28 to 34 months,no tumor recurrence was developed. Conclusion Urethral leiomyoma is an uncommon kind of benign urethral tumor.There is no characteristic clinical manifestation.It's confirmed by pathologic examination,and it can be cured by tumor resection,which has a favourable prognosis.%目的：探讨尿道平滑肌瘤的临床特征及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我院2011～2012年收治的3例尿道平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料并对相关文献进行复习。结果3例患者尿道口肿物均行手术完整切除，术后病理检查证实为尿道平滑肌瘤。随访28～34个月，未见复发。结论尿道平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的良性尿道肿瘤，无特征性临床表现，确诊有赖于病理检查。手术切除可治愈，预后好。
