高频超声与背向散射积分在甲状腺炎甲状腺功能变化中的应用分析

         

摘要

目的探讨高频超声与背向散射积分在甲状腺炎甲状腺功能变化中的应用。方法选择2010年5月~2012年8月我院收治的并于我科进行相关检查的甲状腺炎(HT)患者120例作为研究对象,根据患者的甲状腺功能将其分为HT甲亢组35例,HT甲减组40例和甲状腺功能正常组45例,同时选择60名正常人作为健康对照组,观察以上四组的甲状腺超声特点并测定其背向散射积分(IBS值),分析两者在甲状腺功能检测中的应用。结果 HT甲减组在弥漫性低回声与高回声的出现率上都明显高于HT甲亢组和HT功能正常组(P<0.05);HT甲亢组和HT功能正常组的甲状腺内部回声主要是局灶性的减低和弥漫性减低,组间比较差异无统计学意义(x2=1.03,P>0.05)。HT组IBS以及IBS(%)均低于正常对照组(P<0.05);HT甲减组IBS与IBS(%)均低于HT甲亢组和HT功能正常组患者(P<0.05);HT功能正常组与HT甲亢组IBS以及IBS(%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频超声和背向散射积分在甲状腺功能评价方面具有重要作用,适合在甲状腺功能评价中推广应用。%Objective To explore the application of high-frequency ultrasound and integrated backscatter in thyroid function changes.Methods 120 cases of patients with thyroiditis were selected as the research object in our hospital from May,2010 to August, 2012, according to the thyroid function of the patients, they were divided into the HT group of 35 cases of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism group HT 40 cases and normal thyroid function group of 45 cases, at the same time 60 normal people were selected as healthy control group, to observe the above four groups of thyroid ultrasound characteristics and determine the integrated backscatter (IBS value), application analysis for the detection of thyroid function. ResultsHT hypothyroidism group on the occurrence rate of diffuse hypoechoic and hyperechoic hyperthyroid group were significantly higher than the HT and HT normal group (P<0.05); thyroid internal echo HT hyperthyroidism group and the normal group HT function mainly focal of reducing and diffuse reduction was no significant difference between the groups (x2=1.03, P>0.05). HT Group IBS and IBS(%) were lower than the control group (P<0.05); HT hypothyroidism group IBS and IBS (%) were lower than the HT and HT hyperthyroidism group functioning patients (P<0.05); HT function HT hyperthyroidism group and the normal group IBS and IBS (%) no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and integrated backscatter plays an important role in thyroid function evaluation, which are suitable for popularization and application in thyroid function evaluation.
