目的：探讨天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法将150例眩晕症患者随机分为两组，每组75例。治疗组给予天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀静脉滴注，对照组仅用倍他司汀静脉滴注，每天1次，持续3 d。分别观察两组治疗后3h和3d的临床疗效，以及治疗1周后患者生活质量的改善情况。结果治疗3h和3d后总有效率治疗组分别为86.67％、93.33%，对照组为72.00%、82.67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗1周后两组生活质量总分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕症，其疗效优于单用倍他司汀治疗。%Objective TO explore the clinical curative effect of gastrodine injection combined with betahistine for the treatment of vertigo. Methods 150 patients of vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.Treatment group given an intravenous drip with gastrodine injection combined with betahistine per day,and the control group only with betahistine,continuous treatment for 3d.Respectively to observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups in 3h and 3d after treatment,and the improvement of quality of patient's life in 1 week after treatment. Results The total effective rate of 3h and 3d after treatment in treatment group were 86.67%,93.33%,in the control group were 72.00%,82.67%,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of quality of patient's life in 1 week after treatment between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of gastrodine injection combined with betahistine for the treatment of vertigo is better than that of betahistine therapy only.
