Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure in treatment of sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome. Methods 100 patients with sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome cured in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were divided into control group and research group with 50 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with oropharynx orthotics,and patients in research group were treated with continuous positive airway pressure.Then the effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of control group with 62.00%(P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of research group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of control group with 64.00% (P<0.05).After appropriate treatment,the average degree of blood oxygen saturation,average apnea time and respiratory disturbance index were significantly improved,compared with before the treatment(P < 0.05).The improvement of research group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous positive airway pressure treatment on sleep apnea syndrome and metabolic syndrome is obvious.It can improve sleep qualities and prognosis of the patients.%目的：探讨应用正压通气方式针对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征并代谢综合征患者实施治疗的临床作用及效果。方法选择我院2014年6月～2016年5月期间收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征并代谢综合征患者100例作为研究对象并实施分组治疗，对照组50例均采用口咽矫正器实施治疗，研究组50例均实施正压通气治疗。将两组疗效进行对比。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高达90.00%，明显超过对照组的62.00%（ P＜0.05）。研究组患者治疗满意度高达92.00%，明显超过对照组的64.00%（P＜0.05）。完成相应治疗后，两组平均血氧饱和度、平均呼吸暂停时间、呼吸紊乱指数均较治疗前得以显著改善（P＜0.05），研究组改善情况显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论应用正压通气方式针对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征并代谢综合征患者实施治疗，可以取得明显的效果，该治疗方式能够改善患者睡眠，促进患者预后。
