目的:探讨肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿综合征(CPFE)患者血清VEGF、TGF-β1、IGF-I水平及临床意义。方法选择2013年1月~2015年6月在我院治疗的CPFE、特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)以及肺气肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。CPFE患者为A组,共34例纳入研究,IPF患者为B组,共有78例患者纳入研究,肺气肿患者为C组,共43例患者纳入研究。比较各组血清VEGF、TGF-β1、IGF-I水平,分析CPFE患者是否吸烟与血清VEGF、TGF-β1、IGF-I水平的关系。结果 B组患者VEGF水平显著高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组患者TGF-β1水平显著高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组患者IGF-I水平显著高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CPFE患者中吸烟者VEGF水平显著高于不吸烟患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而吸烟者与不吸烟者患者TGF-β1、IGF-I水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论VEGF水平下降、TGF-β1升高、IGF-I升高参与了CPFE的发生。%Objective To discuss clinical significance of serum levels of VEGF,TGF-β1 and IGF-I in patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and emphysema.Clinical data of cases with CPFE,IPF and emphysema from Jan 2013 to Jun 2015 were respectively analyzed.34 cases with CPFE were group A,78 cases with IPF were group B,and 43 cases with emphysema were group C.VEGF、TGF-β1、IGF-I levels of three groups were compared.Relationship of smoking with VEGF、TGF-β1、IGF-I levels in patients with CPFE was analyzed.Results VEGF of group B was higher than group C (P<0.05);TGF-β1 levels of group A and group B were higher than group C (P<0.05);IGF-I levels of group A and group B were higher than group C (P<0.05).In patients with CPFE,VEGF level of the smoker was higher than non-smoker(P<0.05);But TGF-β1 and IGF-I levels between the smoker and non-smoker showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The decrease of VEGF,the increase of TGF-β1 and the increase of IGF-I participated in the occurrence of CPFE.
