全程护理干预对无痛胃镜检查患者的影响

摘要

目的:探讨全程护理干预对丙泊酚静脉麻醉下行胃镜检查患者的影响.方法:将50例常规护理下行无痛胃镜检查患者作为对照组,由专业护士进行全程护理干预的患者50例作为观察组.对两组患者的心理状态、胃镜检查中血压、脉搏变化值情况、检查时间、检查中出现呼吸抑制情况进行比较分析.结果:观察组患者检查前思想负担轻,术中各项生命体征平稳,不良反应轻,检查时间较对照组缩短.两组患者检查前心理状态比较,差异高度有统计学意义(P<0.01);检查中血压、脉搏变化值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中不良反应、检查时间比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:在无痛胃镜检查中,对患者进行全程护理干预,能消除患者紧张恐惧心理,减轻患者的躯体反应,减少丙泊酚用量,增强麻醉效果,缩短检查时间,减少术中、术后并发症的发生.%Objective: To explore the effect of full course nursing intervention on patients receiving painless gastroseope inspection under C Poisson Phenolic intravenous anaesthesia.Methods: 50 patients receiving painless gastroscope inspection in the control group were given routine nursing care, another 50 patients receiving painless gastroscope inspection in the observation group were given full course nursing intervention by professional nurses.The psychological states, blood pressure and pulse variation during inspection, inspection duration and incidence of respiratory arrest of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results: Psychological pressures before inspection of the patients in the observation group were less, vital signs were nore stable, adverse reactions were less and inspection times were less than patients in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in psychological states before inspection (P＜0.01), blood pressure and pulse variation during inspection (P＜0.05), and response during operation and inspection duration (P＜0.01).Conclusion: Full course nursing intervention in painless gastroscope inspection can ease the fear of patients, mitigate their physical responses, reduce the usage of C Poisson Phenolic, enhance anaesthesia effect, shorten inspection time and reduce complications during and after operation.
