Objective: To discuss the effects on electroacupuncture combined with dietary intervention in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: 60 patients with definite diagnosis of diabetic gastroparesis were divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly. Based on dietary intervention, treatment group was given acupuncture combining with low frequency electrical pulse. Control group was given gastro-kinetic agent, Domperidone, 10 mg one time, three times a day before food at 30 min. Results: Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.7％ and 86.7％ respectively. Significant difference was found between two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with dietary intervention is superior to western medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.%目的:探讨电针结合饮食干预治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效.方法:将60例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组在饮食干预的基础上,采用针刺配合低频率电脉冲的治疗方法;对照组餐前30 min服用促胃动力药多潘立酮片,每次10 mg,每日3次,同时配合饮食干预.结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=2.9,P<0.01).结论:电针结合饮食干预治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效优于西药治疗.
