经鼻插入型肠胃导管置入术治疗单纯性肠梗阻患者的护理干预研究

摘要

目的:探讨经鼻插入型肠胃导管置入术治疗单纯性肠梗阻患者的护理干预措施及临床效果.方法:将84例行经鼻插人型肠胃导管置入术治疗的单纯性肠梗阻患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组42例,分别行护理干预和常规护理,对比两组临床疗效.结果:干预组的排便时间(2.1±1.0)d、排气时间(24.8±9.6)h及症状完全消失时间(15.7±4.1)d显著低于对照组(4.7±1.5)d、(47.2±16.7)h和(22.0±7.5)d(P＜0.01).结论:科学的护理干预能够有效提高经鼻插入型肠胃导管置入术治疗单纯性肠梗阻的临床效果.%Objective: To explore the nursing studies and clinical effects of the simple intestinal obstruction patients by inserting a catheter into the stomach through the nose in therapy.Methods: 84 patients were divided into two groups, one was control group, the other was the intervention group, each 42 cases.After that, compare the clinical effects of the two groups through taking nursing care and conventional care to them were compared.Results: The time of defecation [(2.1± 1.0) d vs (4.7±1.5) d], exhaustion [(24.8±9.6) h vs (47.2±16.7) h]and the complete subsiding symptoms [(15.7±4.1) d vs (22.0 ±7.5) d]of the intervention group were obviously less than the conrol group, and the relevant differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Scientific nursing can improve the clinical effect of the therapy of the simple intestinal obstruction patients by inserting a catheter into the stomach through the nose effectively.
