Objective: To observe the recent prognosis and forward prognosis of semiconductor laser and acyclovir on herpes zoster.Methods: 124 cases of the patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each 62 cases.Acyclovir was given to patients in the control group, on the basis of this semiconductor laser was given to patients in the treatment group, and then compared the healings in the two groups.Results: After the course of treatment the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.9％ and 62.9％, with a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05), the rates of remaining nerve pains were 1.6％ and 14.5％, with a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion: There are satisfactory treating effects and high securities of semiconductor laser and acyclovir on herpes zoster, which is the first choice on herpes zoster.%目的:探讨半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的近期预后和远期疗效.方法:将124例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各62例.对照组给予口服阿昔洛韦治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用半导体激光照射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:疗程结束后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.9%、62.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访两组患者后遗神经痛发生率分别为1.6%(1/62)、14.5%(9/62),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效满意,安全性高,是带状疱疹治疗的最佳选择.
