地佐辛复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的临床研究

     

摘要

Objective To observe ihe clinical effects of Dezoeine combined with Propofol in induced abortion operation. Methods Eighty American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) .1 patients aged 20-39 years schedule for induced abortion operation were randomly divided into two groups: Dezocine group (group D) and control group (group C), with 40 cases in each group. Patients in group D were intravenously given Dezocine 25 jxg/kg five rainters before induction. Propofol 3 mg/kg was intravenously injected at the induction of anesthesia in tow groups. Propofol 40-60 mg was intravenously given when operation was stopped for the body activity in two groups. SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2 were recorded at ihe induction of anesthesia immediately (T1), 3 minute after operation (T2), awaken (T3). Body activity, the total consumption of Propofol, surgery time and recovery time were recorded. Results SBP, DBP, HR and SPO2 of the two groups at T2 were significantly lower than those at T1 (P < 0.05). SBP, DBP, HR and SPO2 in group 0 were significantly lower than those in group D at T2 (P < 0.05). The rate of body activity of group D was very lower than group D (P < 0.01). Compared with group C, the total consumption of Propofol, surgery time and recovery time in group D were all drop obviously (P < 0.05). Conclusion In induced abortion operation, Dezocine combined with Propofol anesthesia allows for a stabile circulatory and breathing, the total consumption of Propofol are drop obviously in group D, shorter surgery time, rapid awakening, and lower rate of body activity. The anesthesia effect of Dezocine combined with Propofol is superior to only Propofol in induced abortion operation.%目的 观察地佐辛复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的临床效果.方法 选择无痛人工流产术患者80例,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)Ⅰ级,年龄20~39岁,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和对照组(C组),每组40例.D组于诱导前5 min先静注地佐辛25 μg/kg,两组全身麻醉诱导:静注丙泊酚3 mg/kg,术中体动至手术被迫停止时追加丙泊酚40~60 mg.记录两组麻醉诱导前即刻(T1)、手术开始后3 min时(T2)、苏醒时(T3)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2);观察并记录手术过程中体动反应发生情况、丙泊酚总用量、手术时间、全麻苏醒时间.结果 两组T2时SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2明显低于T1(P < 0.05),C组T2时SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2明显低于D组(P < 0.05),D组体动发生率非常明显低于C组(P < 0.01),D组丙泊酚的用药总量、手术时间、全麻苏醒时间明显少于C组(P < 0.05).结论 地佐辛复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的全身麻醉,患者呼吸循环稳定,丙泊酚总用量明显减少,术中体动减少,手术时间短,全麻苏醒迅速,麻醉效果优于单用丙泊酚.
