采用健康信念模式开展健康教育对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响

     

摘要

目的 观察健康信念模式应用于健康教育过程对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响作用.方法 研究对象100例入院后首先给予常规处理,同时采用汉化版简明健康调查表(SF-36)对患者进行健康信念模式实施前的生活质量测评,然后采用健康信念模式,分为5个步骤对患者实施健康教育,并于6个月后采用同一量表以电话访谈或者家庭访视的形式再次进行生活质量测评.对前后两次测评数据进行统计学分析,比较健康信念模式实施前后患者生活质量的改善情况.结果 健康信念模式实施后,患者生活质量各维度得分均明显提高,其中,生理功能、躯体疾病、精力、社会功能、精神健康5个维度得分,与健康信念模式实施前相比,有极显著性差异(P<0.001);生理职能、一般健康状况、情感功能,与健康信念模式实施前相比,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 对老年冠心病患者采用健康信念模式实施健康教育,有利于患者树立正确的知-信-行模式,促进康复,提高生活质量.%Objective To observe the effect of application of health belief model in the health education process on the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 100 cases of patients admitted to hospital were given conventional treatment and the life quality of patients prior to the implementation of health belief model was evaluated with the converted version of the short form health survey form (SF-36). Then the health education for patients was implemented through five steps with health belief model. After 6 months, the life quality of patients was evaluated in the form of telephone interviews or home visits using the same instrument. The data before and after intervention were subject to statistical analysis. The improvement of life quality before and after implementation of the health belief model were compared. Results After implementation of health belief model, the patients' quality of life scores were significantly improved, and the 5 dimensions of physiological functions, physical disease, energy, social function and mental health after intervention were significantly better than those of before implementation of the health belief model (P < 0.001), and physiological functions, general health and emotional function also improved significantly (P < 0.01). Conclusion Health belief model of health education in elderly patients with coronary artery disease can help patients establish the right mode of cognition-belief-action, promote rehabilitation and improve the life quality of patients.
