Objective To research the clinical effect of combination of Naloxone, Edaravone and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 182 DEACMP patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group were given hyperbaric oxygen, Naofuxin and Naloxone treatment, while the therapy group were administrated hyperbaric oxygen, Edaravone and Naloxone. Clinical efficacy, motor function and life satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group, no efficiency was significantly lower than the control group, and the total efficiency was obviously higher than the control group. After treatment BBS score of two groups was significantly elevated, and Barthel score was significantly reduced; BBS scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the Barthel score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the score of SF-36 of treatment group was higher than that of control group. These results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combination of Naloxone, Edaravone and hyperbaric oxygen treating with DEACNP has curative effect, less adverse reaction, and it can significantly improve patient movement dysfunction and psychiatric disorders, which is worth the clinical promoted.%目的 探讨纳洛酮、依达拉奉与高压氧联用治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病的临床疗效.方法 182例一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病(DEACMP)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者行高压氧、脑复新与纳洛酮治疗,治疗组患者行高压氧、依达拉奉与纳洛酮治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、运动功能和生活满意度评分.结果 治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组,无效率明显低于对照组,而总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后两组患者BBS评分明显比治疗前升高,而Barthel评分明显降低;治疗组BBS评分明显高于对照组,而Barthel评分明显低于对照组,治疗组SF-36各项评分明显高于对照组.上述结果差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论纳洛酮、依达拉奉与高压氧联用治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病疗效显著,不良反应少,可明显改善患者的运动功能障碍和精神障碍,值得临床推广.
