目的 探讨护理干预措施在老年患者极速CT冠状动脉造影中对其负性情绪及图像质量的影响.方法 160例行极速CT冠状动脉造影检查的老年患者随机分为观察组(n = 80)和对照组(n = 80),两组均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上针对老年患者紧张焦虑等负性情绪给予有效的护理干预措施.采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)评价两组干预前后焦虑情绪的变化及对图像质量的影响.结果 对照组和观察组干预前SAS评分均高于国内常模,干预后观察组SAS评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后(P ＜ 0.05),而对照组干预前后SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞ 0.05).观察组患者图像总体合格率为96.25%(77/80),显著高于对照组(78.75%,63/80),且观察组检查过程中心率波动≥10次者占11.25%(9/80),显著低于对照组(73.75%,59/80).结论对行极速CT冠状动脉造影检查的老年患者给予有效的护理干预措施可显著消除或缓解其紧张焦虑的负性情绪,有利于提高图像质量.%Objective To discuss the influence of nursing interventions on speed CT coronary angiography in elderly patients with negative emotion and image quality. Methods f 60 elderly patients of coronary angiography with speed CT were randomly divided into observation group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80), two groups were given usual nursing, and on the basis of that, the observation group for elderly patients were given effective nursing interventions with tension anxiety and other negative emotions. Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS scale) were used to evaluate the changes of anxiety and the impact on image quality before and after intervention. Results SAS scores of control group and observation group before the intervention were both higher than the national normal, SAS scores of the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than before the intervention and control group after the intervention (P < 0.05), while SAS scores of the control group were no differences statistically significant between before and after nursing interventions (P > 0.05). Image qualifying rate of the observation group was 96.25% (77/80), which was significantly higher than 78.75% (63/80) of the control group, and the fluctuations in heart rate ≥10 times of the observation group was 11.25% (9/80), which was significantly lower than 73.75% (59/80) of the control group. Conclusion The effective nursing interventions can eliminate or alleviate the anxiety of negative emotion of elderly patients in coronary angiography with speed CT, and can help to improve image quality.
