结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者存在高凝状态,检测妊娠期糖尿病患者血浆AT-Ⅲ、D-D,可作为妊娠期糖尿病病情发展变化的一项重要指标.%Objective To investigate the clinical significance of antithrombin Ⅲ and D-dimer (D-D) testing in patients of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Antithrombin Ⅲ and D-dimer plasma concentration of 26 cases of GDM patients in the observation group and the 26 cases of normal pregnant women in the control group were detected and compared. Results AT-Ⅲ level of GDM patients was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.01), while their level of DD was significantly higher (P < 0.01). AT-Ⅲ and D-D levels were nagatively correlated in the GDM group (r = -0.848, P < 0.01). Conclusion GDM patients are found to have hypercoagulable state, thus plasma concentration of AT-Ⅲ and DD can be used as important indicators of the progression of gestational diabetes mellitus condition.
