间充质干细胞成骨分化过程中长链非编码RNA调控作用研究进展

摘要

Mesenchymal stem cell, one type of self-renewal and directed differentiation of stem cells, plays important roles in the tissue repair and cell growth. Recently, researchers have found that many long non-coding RNAs up and down regulated in the process of mesenchymal stem cell development, which means it as an important regulatory point may plays important functions in the development of mesenchymal stem cell. Although the researches are little focused on the functional studies, its potential prospect has been valued.%间充质干细胞是一类具有自我更新与定向分化的干细胞，在组织修复与细胞生长发育中起重要作用。近期研究发现在间充质干细胞的发育过程中，部分长链非编码RNA表达上调与下调，表明它可能是间充质干细胞发育中的重要调控点，虽然目前该方面的功能性研究比较少，但其强大的研究潜力已经体现。
