老年2型糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁水平与自我管理水平的相关性

摘要

目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁与自我管理水平之间的相关性.方法 选择2016年9～12月在西南医科大学附属医院内分泌科住院的老年2型糖尿病患者78例,采用医院焦虑抑郁量表和糖尿病自我管理行为量表对患者的焦虑、抑郁水平和自我管理水平进行调查,并分析焦虑、抑郁水平与自我管理水平的相关性.结果 焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为41.03％和44.87％,自我管理总分为(18.35±3.64)分,焦虑、抑郁程度和自我管理总分均呈负相关(r=-0.517、-0.507,均P＜0.05).结论 护理工作中应当加强对老年2型糖尿病患者的心理因素的评估,采取相应的心理护理干预措施,以达到改善患者自我管理的目的.%Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety,depression and self-management in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From September to December 2016,a total of 78 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Department of Endocrinology,the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as research objects.The hospital anxiety and depression scale and summary of diabetes self-care activities were used to investigate the level of anxiety,depression and self-management behavior of the patients and the correlation between anxiety,depression and self-management level were analyzed.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression were 41.03％ and 44.87％.The total score of self-management was (18.35±3.64).Anxiety,depression and the total score of self-management were negatively correlated (r =-0.517,-0.507,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The psychological assessment should be enhanced and corresponding psychological nursing intervention measures should be taken in oder to improve the patients' self-management level.
