目的 运用Meta分析方法研究白细胞介素10(IL-10)基因单核苷酸多态性突变与宫颈癌发生的易感性.方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Web of SCI、中国知网和万方数据库中从建库至2017年12月31日有关IL-10基因-1082A＞G位点多态性与宫颈癌易感性关联的研究文献.对符合纳入标准的文献进行资料提取后,以OR值和95％及其可信区间为效应指标,应用STATA 14.0软件进行Meta分析,并对发表发生偏倚、敏感性和累积分析等进行检测.结果 通过检索,共纳入13篇已发表文献,共计2311例宫颈癌患者和2491例正常对照.Meta分析结果表明,总人群中IL-10-1082A＞G位点多态性与宫颈癌易感性之间有显著的关联(G vs.A:OR=1.60,95％CI=1.12～2.29,P=0.01,I2=92.3％;AG vs.AA:OR=1.34,95％CI=1.04～1.74,P=0.03,I2=65.9％;AG+GG vs.AA:OR=1.58,95％CI=1.11-2.25,P=0.01,I2=84.4％).在其次关于种族,对照组来源等因素的亚组分析中,本研究也表明IL-10基因-1082A＞G位点突变可以增加宫颈癌发生的风险.结论 IL-10基因-1082A＞G位点多态性改变可能会增加宫颈癌的发病风险.%Objective To investigate the association between interleukin-10-1082A＞G polymorphism and cervical cancer risk with a Meta-analysis.Methods The databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of SCI,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched for the relevant literatures about the association between interleukin-10-1082A＞G polymorphism and cervical cancer risk from their inception to December 31st,2017.The data of genotype distributions and other information were extracted in the selected studies.Odds ratio (OR) and 95％ confidence interval (CI) were calculated with STATA 14.0 software.Publication bias,sensitivity and cumulative analyses were also applied.Results Thirteen published case-control studies including 2311 patients with cervical cancer and 2491 controls were selected.Overall,significant elevate association between IL-10-1082A＞G polymorphism and cervical cancer risk were found in this Meta-analysis (G vs.A:OR =1.60,95％CI =1.12-2.29,P =0.01,I2 =92.3％;AG vs.AA:OR =1.34,95％CI =1.04-1.74,P =0.03,I2 =65.9％;AG+GG vs.AA:OR =1.58,95％CI =1.11-2.25,P =0.01,I2 =84.4％),and the same results were obtained in the subgroup analysis based on ethnicity and control design.Conclusion This Meta-analysis demonstrates that IL-10-1082A＞G polymorphism may be a risk factor for cervical cancer development.
