手术室护士情绪调控信念和护理专业自我概念水平及相关性分析

摘要

目的 调查手术室护士情绪调控信念和护理专业自我概念的水平,并探讨两者间的相关性.方法 采用便利抽样法,于2016年3月选取辽宁省丹东市4所医院共102名手术室护士进行调查研究,采用情绪调控信念量表(ERBS)和护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)调查手术室护士情绪调控信念和护理专业自我概念的水平.根据PSCNI评价结果共分专业态度积极组(积极组)54例,专业态度消极组(消极组)48例,收集并整理相关数据并分析两者的相关性.结果 ①手术室护士情绪调控信念水平评分为(82.57±4.73)分,护理专业自我概念水平评分为(77.86±4.51)分;②积极组PSCNI总分和维度评价高于消极组(P＜0.05).积极组“灵活性”“技能”“沟通交流”“满意度”4个维度评分高于消极组(P＜0.05);③积极组ERBS量表调控价值维度高于消极组(P＜ 0.05),情绪约束、情绪胁迫维度低于消极组(P＜0.05);④Pearson相关性分析显示,PSCNI总分与ERBS总分呈正相关,护理专业自我概念水平与情绪调控价值呈正相关,与情绪约束、情绪胁迫呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 手术室护士情绪调控信念水平与护理专业自我概念水平呈正相关性,较高的情绪调控信念水平可以促进护理专业自我概念水平提高,共同促进手术室护士健康积极的职业态度.%Objective To investigate the level of emotional regulation and nurses' self-concept in operating room nurses,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods A total of 102 nurses in operating room from 4 hospitals in Dandong,Liaoning Province were selected by convenient sampling method in March 2016,and the level of emotional regulation and nurses' self-concept were tested by the emotion control beliefs scale (ERBS) and the nursing professional self concept scale (PSCNI).All subjects were divided into professional attitude positive group (54 cases,positive group) and the professional attitude negative group (48 cases,negative group) according to the evaluation results of PSCNI.Relevant data was collected and collated,and their association was analyzed.Results ①In this study,the level score of emotion control belief of nurses in operating room was (82.57±4.73) scores,and the self-concept level of nursing specialty was (77.86±4.51) scores.②The total score and dimension of PSCNI in positive group were higher than that in negative group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of flexibility,skills,communication and satisfaction in positive group were higher than those in negative group (P ＜ 0.05).③The ERBS scores was higher,and motional constraint and emotional stress were lower in positive group than those in negative group (P ＜ 0.05).④Pearson correlation analysis showed that PSCNI total scores was positively correlated with ERBS scores,and the self-concept level of nursing was positively correlated with emotion regulation value,and was negatively correlated with emotion constraint and emotion stress (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The level of emotional regulatory beliefis positively correlated with selfconcept level of nursing specialty in operating room nurses,and the higher level of emotion regulationbelief can promote the improvement of self-concept level of nursing profession,and promotes healthy and positive occupational attitudein operating room nurses together.
