The troubleshooting for breakdowns in high frequency inverter was introduced. High frequency inverter usually controls the generation of high voltage by preset control signals which were transformed from an AC power supply to 40-100 Hz high frequency signals by Pulse modulation. The signals were sent to the high voltage generator, and then the primary voltage was transformed to 40-150 kV high voltage through the high voltage generator and the rectifying circuit. The high voltage can control the high X-ray generation.The high frequency inverter generally consists of three parts, including DC supply, DC inverter and inverter controller. The AC supply can be rectified intoa DC voltage, and then the DC voltage can be transformed into high frequency voltage. The transformation process was called the DC inversion.
