一种可多次取样的新型活检穿刺针的研制

     

摘要

Objective: Design a new type of biopsy needle which can gain striped structuresrnrepeatedly, stop bleeding and prevent tumor metastasis. Methods: Twenty rabbits withrnVX2 liver tumour carried on puncture biopsy under the CT guidance which divided in tworngroups randomly. The multiple sampling biopsy needle was used in group A(10 examples)rnand Precisa biopsy needle used in group B (10 examples). The difference of puncture successrnrate of first time, organization quantity, pathological diagnosis result and the incidence ofrnpuncture complication were compared between two groups. Results: The first time puncturernsuccess rate was higher in group A than in B: 90%(9/10)and 70%(7/10)respectively. Morernstriped structures were gained obviously in group A than in group B(100%(10/10) and 80%(8/10) respectively).rnThe pathological diagnosis "serious extrusion amoebocyte and nature undetermined"only occurred in group B.Thernincidence of hemorhage and tumor metastasis in group A was lower than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: The newrntype biopsy needle compensate the deficiency of the existing biopsy needle and has widely application prospect.%目的:设计一种穿刺后可多次获取活组织标本、兼备快速止血以及预防肿瘤针道转移功能的新型活检针.方法:将20只成功接种VX2肝癌细胞株的实验兔随机分为A组和B组,A组使用新型活检针,B组使用PRECISA活检针.比较两组首次穿刺成功率、穿刺活检组织量、病理诊断结果以及穿刺并发症发生率.结果:A组首次穿刺成功率高于B组,分别为90%和70%;A组较B组可明显获取更多的条状活检组织,分别为100%和80%;病理示"严重挤压变形细胞,未能定性"而影响诊断者仅见于B组;A组出血、肿瘤针道转移发生率低于B组.结论:新型活检针弥补了现有活检针的不足,其应用前景广阔.
