医学图像处理课程的创新性教学研究

     

摘要

Objective: To explore the education and cultivating of biomedical engineering students in a medical university, the innovative teaching methods of heuristic, self-directed and teamwork are introduced into the learning process of the course "Medical Image Processing". The importance and urgency of the innovation ability training of medical engineering students are proposed. Methods:In the teaching process of"Medical Image Processing", based on actual clinical problem, the abstractive and complex theoretical knowledge are combined with the clinical medicine and computer science in a multi-disciplinary manner. By using the three methods of heuristic questioning and self-directed thinking and collaborative problem-solving, the innovative learning and thinking pattern of medical engineering student are brought up. Results:According to the characteristics of the biomedical engineering students, by means of combining the medical image processing knowledge with the multi-disciplinary knowledge, the training of the innovative ability and the R&D(research and development) capabilities of the biomedical engineering students are strengthened. Further, the ability of solving practical clinical problems of the biomedical engineering students is enhanced. Conclusion:The main objective of biomedical engineering education is bringing up the senior workers who can innovative thinking and possesses the independent research ability and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation.%目的:探寻我国医学院校生物医学工程专业学生的培养模式,将启发、自主与团结协作的创新性学习教学方式引入医学图像处理课程。方法:在医学图像处理课程的教学中,基于实际临床问题,将抽象和复杂的理论知识与临床医学、计算机科学等多学科相结合,利用启发式的提出问题、自主式的思考问题以及团结协作式的解决问题3个过程,培养医工学生的创新学习能力和思维模式。结果:针对生物医学工程专业学生的特点,通过医学图像处理知识与多学科知识相结合的教学模式,使学生加强创新能力和自主研发能力的培养,从而提高医工专业学生解决实际临床问题的能力。结论:培养具有创新思维、独立科研能力及团结协作精神的高级医学工程专业人才是人才培养的主要目标。
