河北省疾病预防控制机构工作用房建设分析

摘要

目的：分析2002年、2007年及2012年3个时间点的河北省疾病预防控制机构工作用房建设状况，明确其增长和达标情况。方法：采用问卷调查方法，调查研究河北省省市县各级疾病预防控制中心和专业防治机构房屋建设的基本情况，采用建筑面积和人均建筑面积两个指标反映房屋建设状况。结果：2012年全省疾病预防控制机构工作用房建筑面积528389.45 m2，人均建筑面积66.46 m2，与2002年相比分别增长76.96%和81.09%。县级疾控中心人均建筑面积超出标准15.32%，省级和市级低于标准35.61%和1.75%。2012年河北省应有建筑面积771185.00 m2，目前缺少242795.55 m2。结论：政府对疾病预防控制机构近期工作用房建设有待加强投入力度，工作用房状况有待满足工作用房需求。%Objective:To know the increasing character and standard of building of Hebei Province institution for disease prevention and control between 2002 and 2012.Methods:Questionnaire survey of the basic instance of three layers of center of disease prevention and control and specialty disease prevention and control institution, then compute the status of building by two indexes: building area and per person building area.Results: Building area and per person building area of Hebei Province institution for disease prevention and control increases 76.96% and 81.09%. Every person building area of the county CDC exceed the standard 15.32%, Provincial and city level is lower than the standard 35.61% and 1.75%. Hebei Province in 2012 should have a building area of 771185 square meters, the current lack of 242795.55 square meters. Conclusion:Government investment is insufficiency of disease prevention and control institutions, the status of the housing construction still can’t meet the need.
