远程便携多参数监护系统的研究

     

摘要

Objective:This article demonstrated the implement of portable multi-parameter physiological monitoring system. The system is build on embedded system, and combines wireless network, electronic, and medical technologies, it provides remote medical care for specific patients or inpatients.Methods: The system uses multi-terminal client/server architecture and multi-thread concurrency technology to implement the asynchronous sending, transmission, display, storage and alert of parameters for different patients. The system uses RCM3000 Rabbit Core of Z-Word as embedded core.Results:The system can monitor multi physiologic parameters, such as body temperature, saturated pulse oxygenmetry(SpO2),pulse rate, respiratory wave, ECG. Conclusion:The system not only fulfills the requirement of digital medical care, but also has great practicability and vendibility.%目的:利用无线网络技术和电子技术与医疗相结合,开发基于嵌入式系统的多生理参数便携监护系统,以实现对社区内特定患者或医院住院患者等人群的远程医疗监护。方法:系统采用多终端的客户机/服务器(C/S)结构和多进程并发方式来实现对多个患者的不同参数数据的发送、接收、实时显示、存储以及报警等功能。结果:终端的嵌入式控制与传输平台基于Z-Word公司的RCM3000 Rabbit Core模块。结论:监护系统实现了对体温、血氧饱和度及脉搏等参数的监控,具有一定的实用性和市场前景,符合数字化医疗的需求。
