基于云计算的医院大数据检验信息管理系统的设计

Objective:To propose the requirement of hospital development quality inspection information management system, develop solution, avoid cost enormous waste problem and realize the system on-line.Methods: Use the UML method to develop hospital equipment management information system, and completed a detailed description of its specific use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram.Results: Equipment operation rate increased by 10%, significantly shorten specimens control time of, the fault response time decreased from 10min to 1 min, quality control indexes increased to 16%.Conclusion: The UML-based LIS system improved the work efficiency of the equipment, received the satisfactory effect.%目的：提出医院检验信息管理系统的云计算设计要求，选择网络计算方案，避免后期投入成本而造成巨大浪费，实现系统顺利上线。方法：采用统一建模语言(UML)方法，编制适合医院的系统应用平台，详细描述其具体用例图、顺序图及类图。结果：通过使用大数据检验信息管理系统，检验科医疗设备的开机率提高10%，标本控制时间明显缩短，故障响应时间由原来的10 min缩短为1 min，质量控制指标全面提升16%。结论：基于云计算UML的实验室信息系统(LIS)的设计应用，提高了医院检验设备的工作效率，收到了良好的效果。
