十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统在诊断冠心病患者心律失常发生率及类型中的价值分析

     

摘要

目的:分析十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统在诊断冠心病患者心律失常发生率及类型中的价值.方法:选取在医院就诊的90例冠心病患者,分别进行传统心电图检查及十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统进行远程监护操作,对比二者在患者心律失常发生率及类型中的价值.结果:十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统进行远程监护后共检出不同类型的心律失常者71例(占78.89%),其中检出1种、2种和3种以上心律失常者分别有17例、34例和20例,其发生率分别占18.89%、37.78%和22.22%;1种、2种、3种心律失常的检出率均明显高于传统心电图检查,两者比较差异有统计学意义(x2=8.06,x2=12.05,x2=9.32;P<0.05);在室性早搏、房性早搏、短阵性室性早搏、短阵性房性早搏及房室传导阻滞中,采用十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统的检出率均明显较传统心电图检查高,两种监测方法比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.04,x2=9.15,x2=7.14,x2=8.19,x2=8.47;P<0.05).结论:十二导联心电图远程实时动态监测系统远程监护与传统心电图检查相比,在冠心病患者心律失常中的检出率更高,具有较高的临床诊断价值.%Objective:To analyze the value of remote and real-time dynamic monitoring system of twelve-lead electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of occurrence rate and type of arrhythmia for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 90 patients with coronary heart disease were, respectively, implemented the examination of traditional electrocardiogram and remote monitoring operation of remote and real-time dynamic monitoring system of twelve-lead electrocardiogram, and the value of occurrence rate and type of arrhythmia of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results: 71 patients (78.89%) with different type of arrhythmia were screened out from 90 patients who were implemented remote monitoring by using remote and real-time dynamic monitoring system of twelve-lead electrocardiogram, and 1, 2, 3 or more kinds of arrhythmia were 17 cases, 34 cases and 20 cases, respectively, and the occurrence rate of them were 18.89%, 37.78% and 22.22%, respectively. And the detectable rates of the three kinds of arrhythmia were significantly higher than that of traditional electrocardiogram (x2=8.06,x2=12.05, x2=9.32,P<0.05), respectively. Besides, the detectable rates of ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat, paroxysmal ventricular premature beat, paroxysmal atrial premature beats and atrioventricular block of remote and real-time dynamic monitoring system of twelve-lead electrocardiogram were significantly higher than that of traditional electrocardiogram (x2=6.04,x2=9.15,x2=7.14,x2=8.19,x2=8.47;P<0.05), respectively.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional electrocardiogram, the remote and real-time dynamic monitoring system of twelve-lead electrocardiogram for remote monitoring has higher detectable rate and higher diagnosis value for arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease, so its promotion and application are worthy in further clinical practice.
