CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频联合β-七叶皂苷钠治疗对急性丛集性头痛疗效分析

摘要

目的:观察比较CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频联合β-七叶皂苷钠治疗急性丛集性头痛的疗效分析.方法:选取医院治疗的60例急性丛集性头痛患者,采取数表法随机将其分为观察组、对照组及单纯治疗组,每组20例.观察组采用CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频联合β-七叶皂苷钠及中医针灸进行治疗;对照组采取β-七叶皂苷钠进行治疗;单纯治疗组仅应用CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频进行治疗.分析比较三组患者治疗后的综合疗效和临床症状的改善情况,观察CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频联合β-七叶皂苷钠对急性丛集性头痛的治疗效果.结果:三组综合疗效总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=5,625,P<0.05).头痛的临床症状进行比较,急性从集性头痛的平均发作频率、治疗后每次头痛发作的平均时间、达到头痛高峰的平均时间比较,均具有统计学意义(F=-6.332,F=-7.929,F=-7.002;P<0.05).结论:采用CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频联合β-七叶皂苷钠治疗急性丛集性头痛的效果优于β-七叶皂苷钠治疗和单纯CT引导下蝶腭神经节脉冲射频治疗,具有很好的治疗疗效.%Objective:To compare the efficacy of pulse radiofrequency on spheno palatine ganglion (SPG) under CT guidance combined withβ-aescinate for acute cluster headache.Methods: 60 patients with acute cluster headache were enrolled in this study and were divided into observation group (n=20cases), control group (n=20cases) and single treatment group (n=20cases). And the patients of observation group were treated by using pulse radiofrequency on SPG under CT guidance combined withβ-aescinate and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. The patients of control group were treated by usingβ-aescinate, while the patients of single treatment group only were treated by using pulse radiofrequency on SPG under CT guidance. The comprehensive therapeutic effect and improved situation of clinical symptom of the three groups were compared and analyzed, and the therapeutic effect of pulse radiofrequency on SPG under CT guidance combined withβ-aescinate for acute cluster headache was observed.Results: The difference of the total effective rate of the three groups were significant(x2=5.625,P=0.044). For the comparison of clinical symptom of acute headache, the differences of the average occurrence frequency of acute headache, the average duration time of headache post-treatment and the average time of achieving most headache among the three groups were significant (F=-6.332, F=-7.929,F=-7.002;P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of pulsed radiofrequency on SPG under CT guidance combined withβ-aescinate for acute cluster headache is better than that of other two measures and this new method is worthy for widely application.
