超声引导周围神经阻滞技术在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要

熟练掌握周围神经阻滞操作技术是住院医师规范化培训的一项基本要求。我们围绕培训目标及培养高层次医学人才的要求，在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中首次将超声成像技术融入到周围神经阻滞的临床教学，教学中采用参与式教学法和动画演示模拟操作教学法，并应用视频反馈技术不断完善操作，为提高住院医师培训质量探索出了一种新的方法。%Mastering peripheral nerve block technique is a basic requirement for residents standardization training .Based on the training goals and requirements for producing high-level medical talents, for the first time we introduced ultrasound imaging technique into clinical teaching of peripheral nerve block in residents standardization training . We used participatory and animation simulation demonstration operation teaching methods , and have been improving operation with video feedback technology .We have explored a new method for upgrading the quality of resident doctor training .
