妇产科 PBL 教学案例的编写

         

摘要

基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)已被广泛应用于临床医学教学中。案例是 PBL 教学的核心,案例的质量是 PBL 教学成败的关键。从2010年开始,西安交通大学医学部第一附属医院开始了 PBL 教学课程,5年时间内,我们不断学习、修改、整理 PBL 教案,达到了理想的教学效果。该文以妇产科案例编写为例,探讨了案例编写的指导思想、要求及流程,旨在提高PBL 教案的质量,更好地为教学服务。%Problem-based learning (PBL)is widely used in clinical medical teaching.Case is the core of PBL and appropriate case is the key factor to ensure the successful implementation of PBL.Since 2010,PBL-based courses have been taught in our university.During the past 5 years,we have been constantly learning,modifying and organizing PBL lesson plans,which has brought an ideal teaching effect.In this paper,we take gynecologic and obstetric PBL case writing as an example to discuss the guiding ideology,requirements and flow of case writing in the hope of improving the quality of PBL-based lesson plans and serving teaching better.
