Objective To investigate the role of SimMom human analogue applied in obstetric clinical teaching for undergraduates.Methods We randomly divided 85 five-year program medical students into the traditional teaching group (43 people)and the SimMom teaching group (42 people). Through the test and the questionnaire,the teaching effects of the two modes were compared.Results Students in the SimMom human analogue group got an average test score of (90.83 ±5.17),which was significantly higher than that (76.63 ±6.88)in the traditional teaching group (P <0.05).Simulation teaching method could stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their learning efficiency,promote the mastery of teaching content,improve their problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities and clinical practice ability, mobilize their learning enthusiasm and initiative, as well as enhance communication and teamwork.Satisfactory results were obtained in various aspects.Conclusion SimMom human analogue can achieve satisfactory teaching effects in obstetric clinical teaching.%目的:探讨 SimMom 模拟人应用于产科本科生临床实习教学中的作用。方法将85名五年制实习医生随机分成传统模式教学组(43人)和 SimMom 模拟人教学组(42人),通过测试和调查问卷的方式对两种模式的教学效果进行比较。结果SimMom 模拟人教学组测试平均成绩(90.83±5.17)分,高于传统模式教学组平均成绩(76.63±6.88)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);SimMom 模拟人教学方法激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,促进其对教学内容的掌握,提高学生分析问题与解决问题的能力、临床实践能力,交际、合作能力,调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性,在多方面取得了满意的效果。结论SimMom 模拟人在产科临床操作教学中取得了很好的教学效果。
