PBL 与 SSP 相结合的教学模式在八年制医学生普外科临床见习教学中的应用评价

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application and outcome of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with student as standardized patient (SSP)in clinical practice of general surgery for eight-year clinical medicine program.Methods We recruited 40 eight-year clinical medicine program students doing clinical practice at the Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.They were divided into two groups with 20 in each:experimental group taught on the topic of acute appendicitis with PBL +SSP mode and control group taught with lecture-based learning.The teaching outcomes in the two groups were evaluated by a uniform test and a questionnaire survey.Results The students in PBL +SSP teaching group had a significantly higher score in the test and they exhibited greater satisfaction about the PBL +SSP teaching pattern.The teaching effect was improved.Conclusion PBL +SSP teaching method can increase students 'learning motivation and interest,promote their ability to resolve practical problems,and cultivate their clinical thinking via the combination of theoretical knowledge with practice.It lays foundation for students to become qualified clinicians.%目的:探讨八年制临床医学专业学生在普通外科见习教学中以 PBL 与 SSP 相结合的教学模式的应用及其效果分析。方法以西安交通大学第一附属医院普通外科见习的八年制临床医学专业40名学生为研究对象,将其分成试验组和对照组,每组20人,以急性阑尾炎为切入点,试验组采用以 PBL 与 SSP 相结合的教学模式,对照组采用 LBL 教学方法,两组学生通过统一试题考核及反馈问卷调查的方式来评价教学效果。结果试验组考核成绩及满意度明显高于对照组,采用 PBL 与SSP 相结合的教学模式可以提高见习教学的效果。结论PBL 与 SSP 相结合的教学模式增强了学生学习的动力,提高了学生学习的兴趣和解决实际问题的能力,通过理论知识与实践的结合培养了学生的临床思维,为医学生成为一名合格的医师奠定了基础。
