This paper introduced the blood damage mechanism of blood pumps, compared different CFD-based prediction models of hemolysis and thrombosis, summarized the development for the blood damage of blood pumps, and proposed some research focal points in the future.%本文介绍了血泵血液破坏性的机制，对比了目前基于数值模拟的溶血和血栓的预测模型，总结了改进血泵血液破坏性的研究进展，并展望了未来的研究热点。
