新型生物可降解覆膜食管支架

         

摘要

Esophageal stent placement has become an important mean for esophageal carcinoma to relieve esophageal stenosis of patients. With the development in technique, biodegradable stent has been studied widely because of its degradation after supporting lumen for a short time in vivo. However, the clinical results have shown that the subsequent complications of esophageal stent, such as esophageal mucosa hyperplasia and re-stenosis, and stent shifting, have not been completely solved. Therefore, a novel biodegradable membrane-covered esophageal stent which can prevent sent shifting and reduce hyperplasia effectively has been supplied. The sent includes reticular structure segmented made by PPDO, covered -membrane of PLA skirt cascade, imaging markers and special ifxed knot. Segmentation design of sent can play a supporting role in esophageal stenosis, and the segments of sent can relatively move free. Skirt cascade membrane can greatly reduce the sustainability irritation on the non-esophageal stenosis to avoid excessive hyperplasia phenomenon caused by sustainability irritation esophageal mucosa. As special ifxed knot and segmentation structure can hold other segments expanded normaly when one of them is pressed deformation, the sent is not easy to shift.%食管支架置入术已成为治疗患者的食管狭窄的重要手段,随着技术的发展,生物可降解支架由于能在短期内支撑管腔,最终在体内降解,而被广泛研究。然而目前可降解食管支架临床研究结果显示,其并发症比较严重,如食管黏膜过度增生、再狭窄,并且支架移位的比例相当高。为了解决以上问题,本研究的目的在于提供一种可有效防止移位、降低增生的新型生物可降解覆膜食管支架,其结构主要包括聚对二氧环己酮分段编制的网状体结构、聚乳酸裙叠式可降解覆膜、显影标记以及特殊固定结。支架的分段设计能够使支架在食管狭窄部位发挥支撑作用的同时各段间可相对自由运动,而裙叠式膜材的存在,最大程度降低对食管非狭窄部位的持续性刺激作用,避免了因为可降解支架主体持续刺激食管黏膜引起的过度增生现象,同时,特殊固定结以及分段结构可使得一段受压变形,其余网格节段正常扩张,支架不易移位。
