目的 研究改良式前牵矫正器作为一种新型矫治器在临床上治疗乳牙期骨性III类反合的舒适性和高效性.方法 选择50例4-6岁乳牙期骨性前牙反合的患者, 随机分为两组, 比较俩组治疗前及治疗后.每个测量项目计算均值和标准差, 采用配对t检验统计治疗组治疗的变化.结果 治疗组治疗前后研究模型分析及头影测量分析表明, 其骨性III类错颌畸形得到有效矫正.结论 改良式前牵矫正器在治疗乳牙期骨性I I类反合疗效显著, 优于传统式垫式活动矫正器, 可以在临床治疗中广泛开展.%Objective To research the comfort and high performance of. The first group to treat milk teeth period osseous Angle III cross bite. Method To select 50 child patient (aged 4-6) for this research, divided randomly to two groups. The first group is treating group.the second group is control group.get the prior and post treatment reseach model.get the X –ray of lateral projectior of cranium. Then calculate the mean and standard deviation to test statistics the variance. Result The first group get the evident effect, the Deciduous molar tooth and canine tooth 's relation is neutral.the maxillary bone grow forward obviously. Conclusion improved maxillary protraction orthosis in treating milk teeth period osseous Angle III cross bite could get the evident effect. It could be used generally in clinical treatment.
