卡介菌多糖核酸治疗外阴、肛门湿疹的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on the immunoregulatory effects of vulva and anus eczema and curative effect. Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group oral record the ray he 10 mg. Once a day,at the same time on intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid 0.5 mg,18 for a period of treatment. Control group oral record the ray he 10 mg,once a day. Results The treatment group than the control group on efficient is high,the recurrence rate is low. Conclusion:BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of vulva and anus eczema,can significantly improve the patients’immune function,improve its efficiency,and high safety,is a kind of very good treatment.%目的：观察卡介菌多糖核酸对外阴、肛门湿疹的免疫调节作用及疗效。方法：76例病人随机分为两组，治疗组口服录雷他定10mg。一天一次，同时隔日肌注卡介菌多糖核酸针0.5mg，18支为一个疗程。对照组口服录雷他定10mg，一日一次。结果：治疗组在有效率上较对照组高，复发率低。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸在治疗外阴、肛门湿疹上，可以显著改善患者免疫功能，提高其有效率，且安全性高，是一种很好的治疗方法。
