Q开关Nd：YAG1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser combined oral tranexamic acid curative effect in the treatment of chloasma. Methods:Selecting a hospital from May 2012 to September 2014 of the 100 cases of chloasma patients as the research object,by the patients in our hospital ethics committee approval and informed consent were divided into control group and the team all the 50 cases,control group using q-switched Nd:pure YAG1064nm laser treatment,the team using q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser,were treated with 24 weeks for a cycle, observation curative effect of two groups of patients after one course of treatment. Results:The group patients clinical total effective rate was 94%,94% respectively,compared with the control group were 80%,20%,differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05),and two groups of patients during treatment are obvious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion:Q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser combined oral tranexamic acid tablets in the treatment of chloasma curative effect,high safety,has a certain clinical popularization using value.%目的：探究Q开关Nd：YAG1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑疗效。方法：选取我院2012年5月至2014年9月门诊收治的100例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组及研究组各50例，对照组单纯采用Q开关Nd：YAG1064nm激光治疗，研究组采用Q开关Nd：YAG1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗，均以24周为一个治疗周期，1个疗程后观察两组患者疗效。结果：研究组患者临床治疗总有效率94%、复发率6%，与对照组80%、20%相比较，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），并且两组患者治疗期间均为发生明显不良反应。结论：Q开关Nd：YAG1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑疗效确切、安全性高，具有一定临床推广使用价值。
