基于本体的转子故障知识建模研究

         

摘要

For such shortcomings of the current method of rotor fault diagnosis knowledge representation as the lack of interchangeability in the field of terms,problems and their relationship as well as the lack of reasoning capacity and flexibility in the complex concepts etc,a new rotor fault knowledge system modeling and ontology-based rotor fault knowledge representation were proposed.The system included rotor fault types,vibration characteristics,sensitive parameters,fault causes and control measures.And the ontology evolution was hence implemented through the method based on the property and standard,and linked with the semantic environment.The knowledge was proved to be consistent in the ontology by designing the inheritance algorithms and the disjoint relation algorithm among the classes.%针对目前转子故障诊断知识表示对领域中的术语、问题及其相互关系的描述通用性不强,对复杂故障概念及其之间关系的推理能力和灵活性不足等问题,提出了转子故障知识体系模型和基于本体的转子故障知识表示模型。构建了包含转子故障类型、振动特征、敏感参数、故障原因,以及治理措施的转子故障知识本体。采用基于属性和准则的方法,结合上下文语义环境,实现了转子故障知识本体的进化。通过设计类间关系的继承算法和类间的相离关系算法,验证了转子故障本体知识的一致性。
