研制了一种新型空心杯转子结构的低惯量旋转电磁铁。首先建立了旋转电磁铁的数学模型,仿真分析了其频率响应和阶跃响应,其仿真频宽约为230Hz/一3dB和240Hz/一90。,上升时间约为4.3ms。为了验证理论分析的正确性,搭建了旋转电磁铁的试验平台对其进行了研究。研究结果表明,该旋转电磁铁具有良好的动态性能,其试验频宽达到220Hz/一3dB和220Hz/一90。,上升时间约为5.6ms。试验结果和仿真结果基本一致,表明该旋转电磁铁适合用作高频2D数字阀的电一机械转换器。%A novel low inertia rotary electromagnet with coreless rotor structure was proposed. A mathematical model of the rotary electromagnet was established firstly and the simulation of its dynamic characteristics was performed. The simulation frequency width was 230Hz/--3dB, 240Hz/--90° approximately and the simulation rise time for step response was about 4.3ms. In order to validate the accuracy of theoretical results, a special test rig was built and experimental study was performed. The experimental results are in a close agreement with the simulation results. The rotary electromagnet has excellent dynamic characteristics whose experimental frequency width is about 220Hz/--3dB,220Hz/--90~ and experimental rise time is 5.6ms approximately. Therefore it is suit- able to be used as electro--mechanical converter of 2D digital valve with high frequency response.
