基于三维草图的车身气动造型设计

         

摘要

To solve the problem that how to integrate aesthetics and aerodynamics in car style design,a good performance aerodynamical ideal shape can be used as a reference, by projecting art element design on its feature line,a three dimensional sketch used for aesthetics evaluation can be made,when the sketch was finalized, the CAD model used for aesthetics render and numerical control machining can be directly modeled. According to this idea,a new conceptual sports car was chosen as an example, by wind tunnel test, this idea can fulfil the requests for art style and aerodynamics in car style design.%为解决在汽车造型设计中,如何实现美学和空气动力学的有机结合的问题,提出一种以优良气动理想形体为基准,通过在其特征线上投影艺术元素图案以生成可供美学评价的三维草图,然后在定型草图方案上直接构建可供美学渲染和数控加工的CAD模型的方法.按照该方法的思路,以一款新概念运动型轿车的造型设计作为实例,经模型风洞实验验证,该方法可以较好地满足汽车造型设计中对艺术风格和气动性能的兼顾.
