高速走丝电火花线切割高效切割技术研究

     

摘要

针对目前高速走丝电火花线切割最高切割效率尚停留在200mm2/min以内的现状,研究了影响大能量放电切割的极间机理.分析认为工作液的选择、极间供液形式及放电间隙、放电蚀除形式对高效切割均起到至关重要的作用.采用同轴喷液冷却方式,使得极间工作液得到了及时补充并明显地改善了极间放电条件,消除了切割表面烧伤纹,与常规浇注冷却方式相比切割效率明显提高,可稳定达到200mm2/min以上.%Based on present situation of the cutting efficiency of high speed WEDM maintaining within 200mm2/min,the interelectrode mechanism of efficient cutting with large energy was studied.Analyses suggest that cooling liquid's selection, the injection system of cooling liquid, discharge gap and material erosion's type all have great effects on the efficient cutting. Coaxial and high-pressure injection improve obviously the situation of interelectrode flow field with timely supplement of cooling liquid, avoiding the cutting surface burned and the cutting efficiency reaches more than 200mm2/min stably.
