碳纤维/环氧树脂层压板湿热性能研究进展

     

摘要

A study of moisture absorption process, aging mechanism and mechanical properties of hydrothermal aging and finite element numerical simulation were summarized from theoretical research and experimental methods. Composite materials are sensitive to the impact, and the static strength and fatigue strength reduce as porosity increases, which results in more vulnerable in the hygrothermal environment. Some recommendations for future work of the influence of porosity on mechanical properties after impact composites in the hydrothermal environment were also proposed.%从理论方法和试验研究两方面总结了国内外关于碳纤维/环氧树脂层压板吸湿过程、老化机理及湿热老化后力学性能与有限元数值模拟方面的研究现状.复合材料对冲击载荷非常敏感,并且孔隙会降低复合材料层压板的静态强度和疲劳强度,这在温热环境下更容易产生.提出在湿热环境下,孔隙对复合材料冲击后力学性能的影响将是纤维增强复合材料未来研究方向之一.
