整体硬质合金旋转刀具的激光字符标识技术研究

         

摘要

提出了一种在整体硬质合金旋转刀具表面采用激光直接标刻数字字符的标识方法,该方法具有标刻面积要求小、标识字符形象直观的特点.首先研究了激光对硬质合金材料的刻蚀规律,然后采用单因素试验得到了激光直接标刻数字字符的最佳工作电流、重复频率和标刻速度;针对激光标刻字符容易发生笔画粘连的问题,对数码管字体的部分笔画进行适当的加粗处理;在传统特征向量算法中引入突变位置和线宽的信息,提出了一种基于综合特征向量的模板匹配算法对改进数码管字体进行字符识别.试验表明,该识别算法的识别准确率超过95%,可以满足企业在数控刀具全寿命周期管理中对刀具编码识别的要求.%A new method of tool marking and identification was introduced,which can mark number code on rotary solid carbide cutting tool's surface directly with laser. First the law of laser etching carbide was studied, and the best marking parameters were acquired by single factor experiments. Then in order to solve the problem of distortion when capturing images of rotating tool with bigger curvature,a character was improved by using the method of increasing the bottom line width of the nixie tube character far from the brightly lighted section. At last, mutation position and line width information were introduced in the traditional eigenvector algorithm. A comprehensive eigenvector recognition method was introduced,and its accuracy rate has reached 95%,which can satisfy the demands of tool marking and identification in area of tool life cycle management.
