基于ZigBee的高速动车组车内温湿度监测系统设计

         

摘要

为实现高速动车组运行时车内温湿度的实时监测,提出一种基于ZigBee无线网络的温湿度监测系统,介绍监测系统的设计思想和实现过程.系统以51单片机C8051F021和射频收发芯片MC13193为核心,采用数字式温湿度传感器SHT21来设计传感器节点实现高速动车组车内温湿度数据的采集,并使用LabVIEW软件编写监控界面,实现整个监测系统的温湿度数据显示、查询和存储.实验证明:基于ZigBee的高速动车组车内温湿度监测系统可以很好地满足监测系统中采样点布置的灵活性,更好地符合高速动车组车内温湿度监测的需求.%In order to monitor humiture in real-time in the high-speed EMUs, the authors put forward a humiture monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network. The design idea of the monitoring system and realization process were introduced in this article. The monitoring system takes C8051F021 and RF transceiver chip MC13193 as the core, uses the humiture sensor SHT21 as sensor node to collect the data of humiture in a high -speed EMUs and programmes the monitoring interface with LabVIEW software, orderly realizes those functions of display, inquiring and storage of humiture data. Experimental results indicate the ZigBee-based humiture monitoring system can well meet the requirement of flexible sample point layout, and fit the demand of humiture monitoring for high-speed EMUs very well.
