基于激光吸收光谱的多用途气体检测系统设计

             

摘要

In order to be fit for the diversity of the external detection optical unit of the gas detection system based on the modulated semiconductor laser absorption spectrum method, a kind of single interface modulation semiconductor laser absorption spectrum for multi —purpose gas experimental test system is construted with electric interface and optical interface as hardware parameters. And the software system is developed by LabWindows. Data transfer method in data acquisition and processing thread used the structure of pointer to pointer and optimized the thread safe queue, and a multithreaded thread implementation structure is given detailedly. Through analyzing and summarizing the signal processing algorithms, the designed software could select signal processing algorithm according to the external optical unit.%针对基于调制半导体激光吸收光谱方法的气体检测系统外接检测光学单元的多样性,以电接口及光学接口作为硬件指标,结合光学检测单元对应的处理算法,构建一种接口单一的调制半导体激光吸收光谱多用途气体实验测试系统.该测试系统使用LabWindows软件开发环境开发,在数据采集处理线程中提出使用指针的指针在线程安全队列中进行优化的数据结构传递方法,并详细给出一种多线程采集处理的线程执行结构.通过对已有信号处理算法的详细分析和总结,设计的系统软件根据外接光学单元进行适用算法选择.
