锂离子电池正极材料LiMnPO4材料研究现状

     

摘要

4种橄榄石结构磷酸盐中,磷酸亚铁锂的研究比较多,目前其性能可以达到130mAh/g以上,工作电压是3.4V.虽然其容量比较高,但是和钴酸锂相比,优势不是很明显:苛刻的合成条件导致其成品价格很贵,能量密度也不具有优势.相比之下,磷酸锰锂不仅原材料成本低,合成条件也温和,电压平台是4.1 V,和钴酸锂相同,使得其应用更具有潜力.%Among the four kinds of phosphor-olivine materials, LiFePO4 has attracted more attention.Till now its capacity can reach more than 130 mAh/g; its operation voltage is 3.4 V.in comparison with LiCoO2, LiFePO4 has no obvious advantages in respects of energy density and the product cost which is due to the serious preparation condition.For LiMnPO4,some advantages are seen: mild preparation condition, low cost of raw materials, a voltage plateau of 4.1 V is the same as that of LiCo02.in general, the capacity of 120mAh/g for LiMnPO4 is reliable.In this article the research situation on it was reviewed.
