电解锰渣制备轻质发泡陶瓷保温板工艺及性能研究

     

摘要

以电解锰渣为原料,长石为助熔剂,金刚砂为脱氧剂,采用改进的乙醇旋转蒸发粉料分散技术,经高温发泡工艺制备了轻质发泡陶瓷保温板。利用正交极差分析法对煅烧温度制度进行优化,通过 XRD 分析产物物相。分别研究了保温时间、着色剂 Cr2 O3含量、脱氧剂 SiC 含量对发泡陶瓷保温板平均孔径、呈色、导热系数及干密度的影响。结果表明:发泡陶瓷的平均孔径随保温时间的延长而减小,颜色随 Cr2 O3含量增加而变浅,干密度随 SiC 用量的增加而减小,导热系数随 SiC用量的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势,当脱氧剂含量为0.6%时,发泡陶瓷保温板具有较低导热系数0.0722 W/(m·K)。%We are taking electrolytic manganese slag as raw materials,feldspar as fluxing agent,emery as deoxidizer to improved ethanol rotary evaporation powder material dispersion technology.The light foamed ceramic insulation board was prepared by the high temperature foaming process.The calcination temperature system was optimized by the orthogonal range analysis,and the phases of the foamed ceramic product were analyzed by theXRD analysis means.The influences of holding time,including colorant Cr2 O3 content,deoxidizer SiC content on the average pore size,the coloration,coefficient of thermal conductivity and the dry density of the foamed ceramic insulation board were also studied separately.The results showed that the average pore size of the foam ceramics was negatively correlated with the holding time.The color became shallow with Cr2 O3 content increased.The dry density is reduced with the increase of SiC content.While thermal conductivity came to decrease first and increased subsequently,it is in the change of SiC content.When the content of deoxidizer SiC was 0.6%,the thermal insulation board had the lowest thermal conductivity 0.072 2 W/(m·K).
