窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的机制及临床应用进展

摘要

311 nm narrow band UVB (NB-UVB) is effective in the treatment of psoriasis, which has been reported in many papers. NB-UVB in combination with other drugs or physical therapies is more effective and safe than NB-UVB alone. This paper summarizes the advances in the mechanism and clinical application of NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis.%大量研究证明，波长为311 nm 左右的窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗银屑病疗效确切，与其他药物或物理治疗联合应用，不但提高疗效，还可降低各自的不良反应。本文对 NB-UVB 的治疗机制及其临床应用进展作一综述。
