液体培养法、PCR法和SAT法在解脲支原体检测中的应用比较

     

摘要

Objective:To compare the application of liquid culture, PCR and SAT in the diagnosis of Ure-aplasma urealyticum (Uu). Methods:Uu was detected from specimens of 77 males'urethra and 23 females' cervix by liquid culture, PCR and SAT. Results:The Uu was detected in 100 specimens, giving a positivity rate of 29%. Out of the 29 positive specimens, 15 (19.48%) were from males and 14 (60.87%) were from females. The sensitivity of SAT was 100% which was higher than liquid culture ( 89. 66%) and PCR ( 86.21%) . However, there were no significant differences among the three methods ( P>0.05) . The specifici-ty of SAT was 84.50% which was lower than liquid culture (98.59%) and PCR (98.59%), with significant differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Liquid culture, PCR and SAT can be used in the detection of Uu. SAT has higher sensitivity and lower specificity, which is more suitable for detecting low concentration of Uu.%目的::比较液体培养法、聚合酶链式反应( PCR)和实时荧光核酸恒温扩增检测技术( SAT)在解脲支原体( Uu)检测中的诊断价值。方法:应用液体培养法、PCR法和SAT法对77例疑似男性泌尿生殖系统感染患者尿道和23例女性宫颈的分泌物进行解脲支原体的检测。结果:100例患者中阳性29例(29.00%),其中男15例,感染率19.48%(15/77),女14例,感染率60.87%(14/23)。 SAT法的敏感性为100%高于液体培养法(89.66%)和PCR法(86.21%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SAT法的特异性为84.50%低于液体培养法(98.59%)和PCR法(98.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以上三种方法均可用来检测Uu,SAT敏感性强,特异性低,适用于检测病原微生物含量不高的标本。
