麻风的早期诊治对减少疾病传播、预防疾病进展和致残起重要作用.本文对PCR技术在检测麻风杆菌中的应用作一综述.%Earlier diagnosis and treatment of leprosy is of great importance in reducing spread of leprosy and preventing progression of disease and disability.This article summarizes the use of PCR techniques to detect Mycobacterium leprae.
